For some one who has installed many different brands of D1S bulbs in projector housings, these OSRAM live up to their German quality. The bulbs have perfect matching color and brightness. (tested with a color meter and Lumen meter). I found their color, after full warm up to be about 6500K. This may change some after their break in period which is usually about 40 hours. I also went to the OSRAM web site and verified that these are indeed genuine OSRAM, German bulbs. If you know that quality counts, these bulbs are easily worth the price.
